WELCOME TO ALPACA COLLECTIONS

It’s said the journey is the reward. Well, we’ve been on a journey building towards our launch for more than six months now. It’s been alternatively frenetic with planning and executing and achingly slow as we waited on things out of our control (don’t get us started on the State of California). With the help of a really talented and committed team, we’re finally ready to go live. We’re writing our first blog. We have our first fall/winter men’s and women’s collections in place. And we’re introducing ourselves officially to the public.

What is Alpaca Collections?

You can learn a little more about us here. We’re a unique combination of Latin and Gringo cultures and expertise. We’re not the first, nor will we be the last to introduce the luxurious fibers of the domesticated alpaca and its wild cousins, the guanaco and vicuna, to the US and Canada. However, we do intend to provide:

• The highest quality alpaca apparel, accessories and more
• The best combination of ancient textile tradition and modern manufacturing techniques
• First order customer service
• Openness about the products we provide, how they’re made, and what’s in them
• A commitment to environmental and social responsibility

We’re full of optimism and enthusiasm about all things alpaca. The animals are amazing and we’re thrilled to share more about them. The natural fibers the animals produce are the softest on the planet; they have so many unique characteristics that we could talk about nothing else for dozens of blog posts. Our design and manufacturing partners have no peers: they have more experience, expertise, and technological sophistication than any others in the world of alpacas.

We can’t wait to expand on all of these themes and more as we continue our conversation with you. We have so much to talk about and we’re excited to get to know each of you a little along the way. We hope you’ll come back and see for yourself that the reward really is the journey.
